Shipping
We dispatch all orders within 2 -3 business days (Monday – Friday).
If orders are made on the weekend or on bank holidays, they will be
prepared on the next business day. It will not be possible to send
orders to PO Boxes.
Our packages are shipped with UPS/USPS.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your Peluche purchase!
Please email info@pelucheblankets.com with any questions about
your order.
We hope you enjoy your item. In the event that you don’t,
we will be glad to exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it;
unused, undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email info@pelucheblankets.com before sending back your
exchange. We will send you instructions on how and where to send
your package. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after
we have provided a shipment tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All returns are subject to a $4 restocking fee on each item.
